is there a contract/agreement?

Yes, upon booking, there is an agreement, and once you fill out the intake form stating that you have read and understood the following then you are bound by the agreement.

how will i receive confirmation of my appointment?

You will receive an email and text message with confirmation of your appointment being set. 2 days prior of your appointment, you will receive a text message asking to confirm your appointment.

do i travel?

Yes, the travel fee varies on location and proximity of where I’m currently at as well as a possible lodging fee. Please contact us before booking if traveling is involved.

do i have a rush fee?

Yes, if you need your photos back before 6 business days, you may purchase a rush fee that will get your photos finished within 1 business day, 2 business days, or 3 business days.

do i give back raw images and do you offer prints?

Yes and yes!

what forms of payment do you take?

BPO+ Digital Media accepts cash only when paying your remainder fee and debit/credit card when paying for any add-ons. (a service fee is included when using card)

what is the turnaround time?

The turnaround time is 6 business days after you select your photos for editing. Turn around time starts the following business day.

refund/cancellation policy

BPO + Digital Media does not give back refunds unless a rescheduling conflict or weather. The deposit fee is non-refundable under any circumstance other than special cases. If the client is a no-call/no-show the day of the appointment, then their card will be charged 50% for a cancellation fee.
